Gurinderjit K. Sidhu, M.D.
Dr. Sidhu was born and raised in India, later becoming a U.S. citizen after relocating to the Atlanta area. Prior to joining Atlanta Cancer Care, she was a fellow at Emory University and involved in research regarding leukemia in elderly patients. She is credited with authoring many publications focused on the results of that research. Dr. Sidhu is past chairperson of the Oncology Committee at Southern Regional Medical Center (SRMC), a member of the Medial Executive Committee and Ethics Committee at SRMC and frequently a speaker on breast cancer and related issues for local seminars. She is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the Georgia Society of Clinical Oncology, the Atlanta Regional Community Clinical Oncology Program, and the American College of Physicians.
While away from the office, Dr. Sidhu can be found spending time with her family. She enjoys all sports, especially baseball.
