= Leucovorin Calcium (Folinic Acid)

F

= Fluorouracil

IRI

= Irinotecan Hydrochloride

Chemotherapy is often given as a combination of drugs. Combinations usually work better than single drugs because different drugs kill cancer cells in different ways.
